Have anyone heard of Menard Cosmetic from Japan?? any reseller of this brand ??
I need to get their refill for their eye liner pencil for my aunt who are staying in US. Anyone have any idea where i can get them?? I need 20 boxes of them. sounds a lot huh..that's what my aunt asked for. LoL.. anyone who know can you pls kindly drop a msg here/pm/email...
