WAH... what is Dell SA? Dell Sales Agent? How can simply get discount like that? So good one?
Btw, if I accessorize my Alienware with an Alienware Monitor (RM999)... does the Warrant include the monitor as well?

Hey guys,
When we got our Alienware system, should we format it and reinstall everything so that we can have a fresh clean copy?
I heard that Dell always install a lot of junk (ads) to our system when we got it first hand... and then somemore they don't have partition for your 500gb hd, right?

Wooooooooo Hooooooooooooo.... Dell just called me and said that they will be delivering my Dell Alienware m11x next Wednesday (17 Feb). Damn, but I am outstation during that time, so I ask them to send next Saturday, instead Really really anticipating the invasion. I bought SU7300 Genuine Windows® 7 Ultimate 64bit 4GB Dual-channel 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM (2 x 2GB) 500GB 3 Years Complete Cover AND Dell Alienware OptX AW2210 with 5 years warranty. Very excited.

Yea man, stringfellow really complain a bit too much. I hope to read something more productive here regarding this new Alienware M11x, but I keep reading about how suck Dell is.
Can we not complain Dell anymore in this thread because it is getting old.
I know Internet can actually pressure Dell to work a bit faster, but let's not do it in this thread, ok? Should start another thread like
"Dell sucks... they are slow man, voice your rant here so that Dell can work harder and faster and not losing to UK Dell".
