I did. Was furious that the status page remained stagnant for so long that it might as well be a cybersquatting at that place. I don't know if the update was just to cool me down or if it's true.

February 3rd. A week ago. Them counting it as "working days" softens the lack of update to 5 days, minus 2 days MAX for payment processing, and that still adds up to 3 days of non-activity. Poor service in my books.

I suspect, it's for payment verification confirmation, just like how your bank calls you when there's a substantial amount charged to your card, to make sure it is not fraudulent in nature.

My SA will be at her short end of the rope if she's bullshitting on the stock details. You can only use those kinds of excuses for so long before the real story reveals itself.

EDIT: She also said something about the Order Status on the dell.com.my/orderstatus page not being accurate, and not updated up to the minute. Either way, I just want the bare facts, not pampering excuses. If the stock details does reflect that it is going to be delayed, then say so. But if it is her fault that she puts the order late because my order was done online instead of calling them straight away, then she's in for a thorough grilling, not to mention me pulling out.

is m11x considered as netbook? or its a notebook?

Yes, the order is in Dell Factory now and please allow 2-3weeks for the delivery as this is build to order J - somehow subject to parts availability.
The call from India is to verify the purchase only as we are avoiding some of the not genuine case happen J this is randomly call from International team.
