today i realize my bluray have a problem.. when inserting a dvd original and pirate and also when on will sound terrible... afterthat the dvd is read make a windows 7 be hang afterthat the dvd stuck inside.. what do u thing so call dell to the a new bluray or doing what?then i realize that our alienware doesnt have emergency eject cd. suppose have one hole use a pin for emergency eject... tommorow must call dell to change a new bluray la.. coz all disc cannot be run make windows will be hang and the sound inside so noisy and loud

do you all owner m15x and m17x have problem with your dvd?when put a dvd it will be hang... finding screemo... I not follow the thread before?can someone tell me why it became hang?
