i must say the tactx headset is very comfortable. sound is decent i dont need it to be super loud coz i still love my ear drums. instead of thin plasticky layer with sponge, the cloth is very suitable for ppl with glasses. overall 4/5

anyway update on my problem.

- good news is, dell technician came to clean the dust inside my lcd.
- bad news, dell provide the technician with wrong part. it supposed to be lcd screen + plastic monitor frame in 1 piece instead of lcd screen part only.

so he will come again tomorrow to replace my lcd whole piece instead cuz its impossible to clean the dust since the lcd screen is glued to the frame.

conclusion, the dust is not my fault.


will upload pictures of the dust and process when the technician open up my lappy. its quite scary juz becoz of single tiny dust, have to open almost everything.

bout my pictures, juz noticed that everything was shot in RAW format. have to convert to JPEG & resize b4 upload.

Thats gonna take a while then.....

they didnt know how to solve. In the end they had to replace 2 new graphic and a whole new screen for me =.= doubt that could be done on site.
