Hi,

I"m currently looking for a place of my own with my fiance. The thing is that my budget is 220K. I'm looking for a place that is near by LRT about 5 to 10 min drive away and has amenities such as restaurant's nearby,a place preferably about 900+ sft,Freehold, has at least 2rooms and 2 bath,clean & safe environment and has a high resale potential + in or near KL . Could any one give me some advice on where to buy? icon_question.gif

you can try to look for Connaught Avenue. still got some units left but slightly exceed your budget. drive to Miharja or Tasik Selatan is about 10-15mins.

Added on December 4, 2009, 10:50 ammaybe you can try Monte bayu,kg cheras baru..exit MRR2.... perhaps the are some lower unit level still available.. CF's in 3-4 months time.. or bukit mandarina...in suburban cheras

I believe its already sold out from developer, leasehold, and costs more than ur budget, but its walking distance to pandah indah LRT station and got lot of foods around tat area.
