Collection is open till 8pm. However, it's till 3pm only if need to pay custom duty.

The problem is, will they answer your call? Usually hotline numbers are useless.

I've alot mail seeking to POSLAJU BATU CAVES I never go to the place but I believe it is General POS Centre of Selangor Northern Area maybe that rite?

I also got problems with Poslaju Bt Caves today... my shipment should be send out by today, call poslaju Bt Caves but no one pickup, 2PM until 5PM trying to call them but just waste my credit phone..

Already contact Poslaju Hotline 3 times, tell them and submit report to ensure that shipment send out by today, but.. just waste my time!

called hotline and they logged the case and inform that batu caves people will call me
of course they dont call back
why batu caves?so heavy to move rrr????

Wah old thread still going even was so slow....


The reason im posting here.. Yeah pos laju bt cave suvk!!!! My shipment should arrive within 24hours...parcel out from sender yesterday evening...checked wih tracking already arrived at kl transit and out already this early morning at 6:50am...but i feels weird why still not arrived...

Call that 300 line fark also always engage...after numerous try then manage to get talking..they said that my packing was at pos laju batu cave...dammm...my address was at office adress in kl..tomorrow was holiday also...then my parcel would only arrive on monday..watdepark la pos laju...

The wierd is my parcel sender only from s.alam...to kl only how far mia...that close also want to keep the parcel for next day delivery what??? Dammmmm

Ya me too!! my parcel was sent out on the Feb 6, till today I din received yet. I call the 1300300300, always engage, i straightly call the overseas number, hold for 5 - 8mins, only pick up my call. ask for status, and say not deliver out yet. due to ppl batu caves a lot of documents due to peak season, and will cause delay in shipment. ask them will the parcel be arriving tomorrow, Feb 9, and they reply me cannot guarantee!!! after that will be cny holidays, means i need one week time to receive my thing! @#$%%^&@%*#!!!

u call their 1300300300 again n again n again until they pickup....

then u ask them to confirm where was your package...if at bt cave then u can go direct there pickup (provide your tracking number to the counter) and wait a bit for them to look for your item....

they close at 8pm....so still got time chase there after office hour...


there's also will be a lot of ppl there doing the same...so have to wait a bit la....


atleast u can get your item earlier

URGENT! Siapa yang boleh jd pemudah cara utk ambil barang saya d PPL Batu Caves and deliver it to Taman Jasa, Selayang, Sselangor. Just 7KM je. Kalau ad yang nak, PM me please.
