QUOTE(AronC @ Sep 14 2010, 07:21 PM) I don't know about Nikon, his suggestion is great, but I would rather getting a Canon 550D with kit lens 18-55mm. Depends on your need, can try to get extra lenses - Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II and Canon EF-S 55-250mm. can u explain me bout the lens?? i know nth bout slr.. >< lens 18-55mm and 18-135mm wat the different?? then wat is EF 50mm f/1.8?? and so on??

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Sep 14 2010, 08:30 PM) lol I think it's best you just stick with the kitlens, and start learning about the gear you're using Rather than splash on stuffs you don't even know or how to use. QUOTE(leongkokloon @ Sep 14 2010, 08:51 PM) yeah either u stick with kit lens OR u go to papa Google or mama Wikipedia for answers hahahah.. funny la u 2... anyway thx ya...

QUOTE(zstan @ Nov 18 2010, 10:17 AM) if you prefer manual controls then lx5 or g12.. more auto mode can get NEX-3 or S95.. but IQ and high ISO performance wise NEX-3 wins all. u mean manual / auto control ?? ( erm semi? sometime auto, sometime manual?? got such thing mou??) for nite mode, nex3 flash good enough?? (i used few sony digital cam their nite mode )

QUOTE(zstan @ Nov 18 2010, 11:12 AM) err..have u even touched and seen those cameras before? g12 and lx5 got a lot of buttons n dials to set your settings to take your shots.. but NEX-3..the settings all located inside the menus so auto mode(which adjusts all the settings for your) works better.. for night mode..people dun usually use flash la..but nex 3 got this handheld twilight mode which makes night time pictures taking very nice wow.. so overall Nex-3 better lor?? nex - 3 package come with flash?? isn the 1 u mentioned handheld twilight?
