I've read How to Survive a Robot Uprising before. Daniel Wilson's books are really very short.

The Robot Uprising book was OK, but I much prefer the Where's My Jetpack.

It's about technologies you were promised but have not seen. I've read the robot uprising and it's not really that funny from my point of view.

All the books are tiny and they're really there for a laugh, above anything else.

There are a few but mostly about surviving in jungle/winter/etc by elite forces such as "The survival handbook" by Peter Darman.

Other than that check out JL Bourne's Day by Day Armageddon! Not a survival guide but still a great book to compliment Max Brooks' book!
