want to ask question (if in the right place).

currently, i found out there are some dark spot on my plaster ceiling. shape like a round many dark spot in a circle form. yesterday tried to clean it using a dam cloth mix with breach detergent and wipe it one by one (tedious). i'm afraid the dark spot will come back again.

if i paint it again using maxilite, will it solve the problem? please advise.
