Planning for painting my new house (actually it's already 5 years old after handover). have some questions to ask for opinions:

1) The original concrete/cement and the paint should have already fully dried, except for the new wet kitchen extension which i will leave it for 1 month before painting (is 1 month enough)?

2) Also currently the wireman is hacking for the wiring work. i believe once they are done, and the wall is properly patched up, the next step will be the painting. may i know how long that i need to wait for those patched up area to dry before painting?

3) For the sealer, I believe I can just paint it over the existing Maxilite/Weathershield paint right?

Thanks

Also for the paint itself, planning to use Dulux as i see it's cheaper than Nippon.

1) For the sealer, i see that there's only 1 common type from Dulux (15527) as compared with Nippon which got a few types (5100, 5200, 5400). May I know is this 15527 is good enough for both interior and exterior?

2) For the exterior sealer, I see Dulux got another 1 which is the Weathershield sealer (18177) and primer (15222). Wanna ask for exterior before applying Weathershield, is the 15527 good enough or I need to go for the 18177/15222?

3) For the paint itself, for exterior i think Weathershield is good enough. is there any needs to go for Weathershield Powerflexx instead?

4) For interior paint, this is a bit confusing now. I would like matt finish, so Pearl Glo is out. But there are Inspire, Pentalite, EasyClean, EasyClean Plus, etc. May I know which one do you normally use and what's the reason? Currently I think I will go for either Pentalite or EasyClean as the price is in the middle comparing to the rest, but would like to hear some opinions on this.

5) I plan to paint most of my interior wall white. I see there is "White" and "Brilliant White". May I know what are the differences and which one is better for home use?

Thanks again
