Hi, noob here..

I have interior walls painted with ICI Pearl Glo. I want to ask do I need to remove that layer prior to repainting the wall? Somebody told me the pearl glo layer too slippery for fresh coat of paint to stick on.. I can't possibly be scrapping the whole house interior walls leh.. Help!
