anyone using jotun majistec optima before? how is the finishing? or got any better option compare to this?

according to a painter that i know, if plaster ceilling paint by other than emulsion paint like those pentalite, pearly glo etc, once moisture trap inside it will appear some bubble poping on plaster ceilling, any idea how true it is?
