Here are w/c photos... And saif why you suddenly talk about glass thickness? I didn't ask anything about it.... Anyway thanks for the advice.

I know some of the pictures are crappy, that's because the water is blur and the glass is full of water drops, its w/c time...

Thanks

Aro is an aggressive creature. I'm talking about glass thickness because sometimes hobbyist have encounter aro bang into the tank glass.
So, I just advice u on in advance. Thick glass also can support the tank from water pressure from the water inside the tank. smile.gif

nonono above that.the plastic cover that comes with the tank.has 4 lids that can be taken off/on for easy access.im affraid my 'soon to come ' arowana will be able to jump out.any pics/ideas on how to jump proof it guys ?
*
If you afraid your aro will jump out through that lid. Just close the Lid. Or put something heavy on the lid to prevent aro jump out.

My 4 footer do have cover like yours. I open the lid a little bit to increase the air ventilation in the tank. Yes I'm taking the risk. wink.gif

*
Bro, for the cleanup crew I suggest you Fei Feng aka Pheonix aka Flag tail. But the price is slightly expensive. smile.gif

Why do u suggest that instead of cheap plecos?
*
Because Fei Feng is very hardworking fish if compare to pleco. It eats all the algae in tank. For food leftover, I use lampam. smile.gif

to all  bro here xien leng super red good ka? my friends ask me to trade with them ? cheaper a bit from kin fatt, but today call kin fatt all the new arrival of super /chili  red all solds out shocking.gif and then he say new stock comin next week  smile.gif

p/s , to saif bear bro what the different between super red and chili red...kin fatt sell sr1600 no cert and then chili red 18k to 19k got cert
*
Basically Red aro are all called Super Red. Chili or blood red is just a name to differentiate the two color of super red. Blood has darker red color with dark core scale and chili is more towards to full color red. Before this there a method to differentiate between blood red and chili red based on the tail shape, head shape and other, but now it is hard to find those pure breed characteristics anymore. All mixed up already, so just make it simple by consider it as super red.

saif.... how much for flagtail in XLSA price?

I'm not sure about this bro. But price range is from rm35-rm300 depends on size.

QUOTE(BenSow @ Dec 13 2009, 06:35 PM)
Oh Yeah! Just now my dad and I are changing the stand of my aquarium. Then I started talking about upgrading. I said that I have to upgrade my tank. He did not respond, I repeated, he then asked about where to put the current tank, I then told him the proposed place(by me) he then suggested a better place and he did not disagree about the new tank! So it is sure that I'm getting a larger tank, I just have not told him its gonna be a 6 footer... I'm getting it in the next few months. Yeepie I'm just so damn excited!
