Ben - better avoid big food for aro as will caused drop eye.. the other causes will be fatty food...

yeap.... is fattening but once in awhile as a treat is good... we all need fatty food... but studies shows that eating big chunk of food will caused drop eye... well, i dont know how true it is but is a risk i wont take though...

Added on May 5, 2010, 9:14 amthe best way is to let it go down naturally, chemical is not very good... (i havent tried it myself but the lfs told me not to use it) ketapang leaves is very good, get a bunch of them, stuff it in a bottle and fill it up with water....
then just pour in the liquid (after maybe a week or 2) and adjust it to the lvl u desire..
