neways i tried this morning and its totally ignoring it lol.

I end up feeding the crikets the hikari aro sticks and once they just finish i throw the just fed crickets and today is my first time witnessing my aro so excited for the crickets!! hehe really happy to watch it eat

ya moorish, i want vitamin fed frogs!!!

i know this is cruel but i'm thinking of stuffing frozen blood worm cubes down the frogs throat and throwing the frong in for my aro to eat...super direct transfer rawrrrrr....kdding lol...still got some time more before mine can start to look at frogs lol

one of the lfs at kuchai lama selling thier box or super worms for rm7.
i'm liek woot?! is that right pricing? i think there are about 30 or so worms in there....they look like those bread worms, only bigger.

Are they nutritious for aro too?

hmnn kuchai lama near o.u.g and sri petaling...both have plenty of residential

o.u.g is only 1 lfs which i can tell you nobody buys anything from them cuz its so damn overpriced for anything and i got no idea how they can last so long...but anyhow if another lfs opens there it would be good competition.

as for sri petaling, its about 1 or 2 there, but really...really little fish shop, like house turned lfs type.

i'd like to give a comment on the kuchai lama lfs near the highway road that is under the flats....they are so-so as i usually really try to avoid the fookin indo maid there , she thinks she is like the old man's mistress or something, if she dont like you cuz you dont buy often enuf from them she will be stingy and give you less crickets/krill feeder fish etc...and quite bossy to be honest...
usually aim to get the middle aged uncle there to give the decent portions...

that said i can put that outta my mind lol

i also noticed that my aq water ph dropping gradually, this morning i checked to be like 7.3 7.4
I guess if it goes down futher to 7.2 i will have to start adding in the coral chips.

lol i stay at o.u.g kekeke but i rarely visit thier shop cuz of the friggin congestion there, there is this road next to it, where its supposed to be 2 way become one way due to the morons who park there and neva kena summon. and cars try to go in both side into that road which makes the ultimate lame jam stuck eva lol

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 3 years never turn off lights

mine i think using just the pink normal tube lights hanging on the hood. that light is ok for me (my eyes are sensitive to bright lights ) so then it should not be too bright or too dark to see so it shud be just nice and easy for aro and bichir. and only time it to turn on at 6 to 11pm lol

dunno about tanning lights ler...will have to see next time in the future when aro older... i feel that those things sure make water hotter and confirm bad for fish eye sight which can even lead to DE i just want to have happy aro and happy aro will make me happy too
For the tanning i just open curtains as my window is just about 3 meters in front of the aquarium, (thus the reason why its impossible to take photos until evening )....so it will get a very light natural sun tanning

now i feel i need to remove the parrot chillids d, they really do shit a lot lol.
gonna try and sell the ornate too cuz i wana reduce the bio load.

dunno lol, for me i just turn on 6pm to 11pm. Depends on the purpose you turn on the lights as well i guess. Mine is just for viewing purposes haha.
But i feel of course its better to allow the aro to have proper sleepy time too as to not stress it too much, if my case i wont turn on the light during the night time.

i dont really touch the crikets, i usually put them in a small unwanted cup, throw in the carrots for them to munch on, then once they done i tilt the cup a bit for them to try to escape and end up falling into the aquarium top where my aro munches on them in return for thier heroic escape from the cup

Where you get the roaches from? i read that the aro are ok with roaches and cicak also but i never seen before anyone feeding them with such things hahaha
