QUOTE(andrewyulm @ Jul 21 2012, 07:36 PM) when i was using blackberry, it was free for first year and subsequently got annual subscription. but on the iphone it's a one time payment for downloading the app not sure about android, but from what the other dudes say here, it sounds like its same like blackberry, got subscription one I'm using Blackberry version of Whatsapp here. Wondering if I wipe my device, can I get another free 1 year of whatsapp usage again?

QUOTE(fallen_angel91 @ Jul 22 2012, 06:22 AM) i think whatsapp can use one number, if u want to continue with that number u have to pay, unless u change ur number. That's not really fair. Think about it, if some one terminate their number, for example 012-11112222 Then after 2 months, the telco renew and sell that number off again as a prepaid card. A person bought that prepaid and decided to upgrade to postpaid for data plan, and register WhatsApp again, then he wouldn't be able to login with his number again?

QUOTE(andrewyulm @ Jul 23 2012, 02:30 AM) hahahaha i was going to agree with fallen angel at first... cause i also think that way, that it's locked to your number and not ur device. but then u have a point la hahahaha dunno how it works lol There we sees a loop hole in this system, it's a big big bug. And that'll be a trouble for people who is selling of their VVIP number to other people. What happen if the VVIP by the previous user had registered with whatsapp? The new owner of the number will meet the previous owner's friend. XD
