My wife encounter this message "Your number had been banned from Whatsapp", she did sent out numerous messages for your customer as she's doing online biz, reported cases must have triggered the ban.
Is this a permanent ban? There's no time counter, not stated "temporarily" nor "You are banned from using this sevice".
Been ovwe more than 120 hours, still unable to access her whatsapp, also sent numerous emails to support team but there's no respond. Is there any other way to get around it other than getting a new number? Appreciate any kind solution and direction.
