Team discipline
Someone to lead the team what to do (right or wrong - discussion to be done before and after match) I notice that most of the time during the match, we will have 20 different players suggesting tactics to play that in the end everybody is confuse what to do and do not know who to listen

....having said that, it is still fun knowing and playing with everybody, it is just sad that i cant join the futsal and the last time i joined, i played for 5 minutes and pengsan....*malu*.... icon_rolleyes.gif
