Hi,im 20 this year and i abit slim,65kg with 178cm height...i just got dumbell in my home,so everyday i will lift up dumbell like an (Concentration Curls in this-->http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/concentration-curls) for 30 times each hand..my dumbell only 5kg,is it enough for me?
and also push up rm30 times and also 50times of "sit-up"..erm don't know what its call sometimes like that?
I want to get better abs and biceps..any more can do just with dumbell and push up and sit-up?
Need advise for beginner like me..., to gain better biceps and abs...
