RAMLI burger also varies wan la, some nice some not nice.

SS15 has a popular one, near Asia Cafe. I think the VAN serving wan. i haven't go, friends ask me to go the other day but i already tired la.

as for fast food - I'll go KFC OR Fillet burger, if not also Wendy's triple beef!

BK's mushroom swiss is nice.

Carl's? that one i went 2 years ago, never went back. some people like, i didn't. even Wendy's i went 3 times, but in the end decided that going Chilis / TGIF is still best. get to eat proper beef, can set to medium-rare some more. with better service.

McD? that one i only eat when i have nothing else better to eat. McChicken, Big Mac or Double-Cheeseburger la.

no fast food or street burger can beat a medium-rare TGIF / Chilis burger la k.

yup. hope made burger tastes more awesome than any road side burger.

now i don't spend $$$ on any road side burger liao cos make my own taste better, the only one i can't make are those nice nice burger from Chilis / TGIF. that one i still learning how to make.

it's good but not worth it.

i ordered their cheeseburger which is like RM 25.

it was tasty but..........

wendy's 3/4 pounder tasted better at far less cost

chilis / tgif's burder tasted better at 4/5 the price as well, bigger in everything too.

try Betty's Midwest Kitchen. their cheeseburger is pretty much like the one at Meatworks for only 3/5 the price.

haven't got the chance to visit for a proper meal but yes, so far good reviews.

i went there for a small gathering just a month or 2 ago, even their mini burger tasted nice.

yes Aman Suria. same row as Kayu, just towards the other side.

the other day i also tried Zouk KL (the gardens) american burger or something, it was alright. nothing to shout about. decently tasty.

meat i ordered medium also come out like well done anyway. reminds me of Meatworks' burger but a little bigger. The interesting part about that Meatworks' burger was that the cheese envelopes the upper half of the beef patty.

ok. do you know LDP? at LDP there's this catholic church, turn in. follow the main road.

you'll be along the highway soon. you'll pass by Dataran Prima first, further down is Aman Suria.

if you go any further, you'll reach Tropicana already. basically it's between Kelana Jaya and Tropicana. Next to Dataran Prima and the NKVE highway.

tried darabif, just didn't like how it tasted compared to ramly patties.

last i tried, it smells one kind. not like the burgers i tasted from my usual burger haunts so i wonder why you say it's like American standard.

btw you're talking about ordering from Darabif stall or making own burger with Darabif patty. I was making with Darabif patty.

TR burgers - saw people try before (friend, sad opposite me) and he doesn't seem pleased.

haven't tried Gumps though but i go Gumps for Beef Ribs instead.

Meatwork's burger was alright but i find it not "value for $$$".

Betty's Midwest Kitchen's burger is alright, and for RM 15 it's quite some value for $$$.

TR beef ribs are ok. salad are ok.

now my choice of beef ribs is as bubba gump.

and yes, i try burgers........... and ribs!

their shrimp stuff not nice wan la.

mini burger tastes good. but haven't got the chance to try it, always go BV2 end up eat other place.

go TGIF / Chilis their cheeseburger like RM 20 only. i usually get them to add bacon la.

yes it's beef bacon.

just order medium la, then it's ok wan. not ok can just highlight to them.

not counting tax - yes. <20 usually. add a few RM when with beef bacon, like around RM 22.

i had dinner at TGIF Subang Jaya a few month back. Ordered the burger and wanted it medium-well but it came out well.

so i told the PIC, he apologized and got a new set done for me at medium. took extra 10 - 15 minutes or so, while waiting they provided us a complimentary soup (mushroom soup i think, can't remember anything else but it was delicious) - so i think they're fine.

i know there's the "fear worker" thing but IMO restaurants are fine with change as such as long as you don't be an ass.
