I do once a week. Started 20 and worked my way to 70. Now suddenly failed, having difficulties doing 20 again (don't know why this happen) sad.gif

I guess I'll go with your idea of daily push-ups. Your 50 push-ups is one go right? No breaking down to set/rep I assume.

50 reps one go one minute one handed +_+

I can't reach that level anytime soon.

Will be noob and do normal push-ups first.
