i've been user of 4mbps for about a month(cool uni pack)
my speed test result between 3.1mb to 3.6.. never get higher than 3.6mb.. n with torrent the highest i can get 420kbps.. can i ask tm to capped me at 5 or 6mb so i can get full speed? will the line still stable if i capped higher than 4mb? |

thanks...
i juz called 100 juz now, report on slow speed n tell my speed test,d gurl report level 2, then later she said that level 2 tell that they cant check my port, so hv to wait 3-4 days and call back. . aiyaaa... thinking of direct report to skmm or cfm.. |

got my 218 ip today and capped at 6mb...
 but speed test never reach 5mb..  |

call tm n tell them to set u on the 218 ip add that so called premium ip..
for my case, i didnt ask them to do so, juz complaint slow speed... |
