Taken from my service acceptance form:
i) SNR Checking > 15 db ii) Attenuation <40 db iii) Throughput speed [70% of best effort (Local link)] iv) Replace modem if current modem does not support ADSL 2+ *If one of the items is unsuccessful, please downgrade to lower package.
