Hi all, can anyone help me here?
Currently I'm using friends P1 to online. 1 week ago, i upgrade thru some authorised dealer in LYN. No answer from them
if my location is able to upgrade. No information if any technician is coming or not.
Now my problem is that I can't even connect with my streamyx. The Downstream is not stable, keep going up and down.
Is there any problem with my modem or what?
I called tmnet and they say they will send technician over on friday (2 day ago) but no 1 came. Do I need the technician to come
so that I can connect back normally? or what can I do to connect to the internet? Or should I wait for the line to be ok?
