looks like most of you guys are capped at 5Mb

it takes a 24-48hours for them to convert my account to 4Mb one, is that correct?

i did a file transfer test just now, the speed remains at 170-180kBps, never more than that

yes, he just need to know where your phone line is and he has all the tools to get the stuffs done

anyways, i checked with tmnuts, they told me they havent activate my port yet(i was complaining not getting 4mb ) though my established link shows im getting the 4mb line now

i dont know what they are on about, i'll wait until monday and see what goes

the higher SNR reading i saw is only about 40-50dB

msn works for me, but ping to european server is awful
600 over ms

did a few traceroutes to different servers in EU/US

there are awful lot of packet losses :/
