Resetted modem too many times to get a good ip will make the connection hard to connect back again

Bleh . I didnt even ask for it -.- . They automatically put me on it when i got my 4mbps.

I'm on 4mbps for almost 3 weeks now. Hope I won't get that ip anytime soon until they fix the problem. Used to be a must have.. now have to avoid at all cost huh?

got my 4mb almost 3months, 115 ip only

Somehow I can't get 218.111 anymore, and I can get all the old IP ranges such as 124.*,60.5*, quite strange.

any Penang 4mb user facing slow connection issue after 7 or 8 pm ?

i get less than 0.5m connection after 7pm since last Thursday. call tm they said nothing wrong with port. still investigating... wth
almost a week already

was a 218.111 user also, now they set it to 124 range. no complaints so far, it's on par if not slightly better than 218.

unfortunately for me ...my 4mb going nuts again ..with DC after 2-3 minutes connected

They migrated my IP to 218.111 range yesterday.. so far no different on the download speed..

Speeds become extremely slow after about 4pm on 218 ip . Lasts till like 3-4am in the morning . Anyone have this issue?>

did you asked them for it?
how long does it take for them to change your IP to 218.XX after got the 4MB package?

Complained to them about slow connection even i already had around 3.5mbps average and after few calls, about less than a week i got the IP..this is the 3rd day and fell no different so far..

Suddenly one of my line is fakaped cannot make connections to Streamyx ADSL blinking n no dial tone

Which one? the 218.111 line? just tested my youtube and it sucks man..i can even run with 480p without any delay with non premium IP..

The 115 line is totally broken at this moment i try to switch get ip but can't browse , anyway the line no dial tone i just switch username also fakaped

The 218 line is working now have rerouted all wifi users to 218 on second line so have to stop downloading because so many users connected to it. Otherwise user might complaint later on lol

how to make tm capped me at 5mbps?

Report for rebate sent to TM :-) i'm sure tommorow they will make a call and fix it asap will ask for 5 Mbps capped

im 1m user but also get 115 with speed 1.5M

Get a call from one of the technician however that guy fakap another line at home now both are down at this moment . Now at tg malim hiya getting back on Sunday. Had to rush to to KL lah kot or biar jerlah
