Something quite ironic happened yesterday in my home.
Tmnet sent 2 technicians. They came and tested my connection speed. Well, it is around 0.80 mbps and they said my area cannot support 4mbps line which is contrary to what contractors have told me.

Surprisingly, today one technician called me to check my speed at 4 pm. Near 3.55pm, my line disconnected and after connecting back, my speed is totally different. Now I'm constantly getting 3.55mbps speed both to local and overseas. Youtube no buffering, everything becomes juz fine.

how long does it take to get all 4mb user ID to sync with 218.111 IP's

i get mine as soon they activate my account..

I got mine 15 days after my port is capped at 4096

Do you guys think they will set up 4mb for me ? Just moved in new condo and straight away apply 4mb. This condo is newly build so they will have to set new port and everything

My second acc was never sync with 218.111 ip it's an upgrade acc from current 1.0 Mbps and i'm happy with it since it max out 5 Mbps 24 /7 and no issues with it

Will never request for that so called premium fakaped ip

Anywa HSSB ip range is much more different from we're using now 110.XXX

may i know Petaling Jaya Section 17 got 4mb line?

but 218.111 IP's latency is lower compare to others....

Anyone with 218.111 IP can you please do speedtest now? Just want to see whether it is worth to change to Premium IP. Thanks

i capped at 5mb,the speedtest run about 555KB/s ,but download from apple trailer or anything else only around 480KB/s, is this account capped?

Somehow my IP has been changed from 115.XXX to 110.159.xx.xx

I've been sticking with 218.111 ever since I upgraded to 4MB long ago, and somehow I just get 60.51 IP range again, that will only get it when I was on 1MB.

Any know what's going on?

110. is HSBB ip

Crap, now back to 115.xxx after rebooting my router and my internet seed kinda crappy.

i just realize that my ip never change even if i restart the modem..

Is it possible to ask them to revert your IP address to the so called non "premium" kind ? Cause 218 is generally okay for most of the day bit at night for some reason it becomes really shitty (especially for online games)

ip in the modem? or computer ip 192.168.x.x?

IP most of the time will changed when u restart the modem since it will reconnect. unless you are on fixed ip package.

i mean the 218.111.x.x ip..

If u ask for 218 no way u can revert back to nornal ip

Done a traceroute 115 better routing then 218

In a rare condition i can get 124 on my usually 218 which route as similar as 115
