Hi all,
Any Streamyx 4MB users in Kemuning Utama, Kota Kemuning or Shah Alam Seksyen 33 area?

I planning to upgrade soon, but I would like to ask anyone who is staying around that area about their experiences with Streamyx 4Mb. How is the speed like? Getting full 4MB or less?

Has anyone experience this type of symptoms?

Im using a linksys router/modem and while it's being used,suddenly all the traffic stops moving but in the router interface, the Dialer is still connected but any attempt to surf the net fails, can't even ping to any public IPs

can anyone confirm if my line is able to upgrade to 4Mb package?
any idea if it can support 5120kb sync rate?

If u're on rapidshare fans thinking using 4 Mbps for rapidshare is a bad idea speed slow like snail 80 kb/sec

how bout my line..just request upgrade from tm point, but the TRAINEE said no port available & dwn help me to register..
After tat i go Consumer Sales department at their new branch, another marketing officer said will try to help me pass the form..
Waiting for the TM answer...

it's been 1 week since my line is activated. but now im still 1mbps. Tm net really f*ck off. I called the contractor everyday , from afternoon to night and he told me from morning to night that they are going to reset the port but in the end nothing happen. pay rm160 for 1mbps.

What a nut company.

Downstream seems to be bad , but again it can , but the question is 4096Kbps is possible but then its going to cause a lot of disconnections

Sad Sad...I applied for 4mb upgrade from my current 2mb few days ago, 2 days later I noticed my line dropped out for half and hour then back to normal, I noticed my ip changed to 115.* range, later on a technician came to my house and prepare the upgrading, but he says my line is only capable at 2mb only despite I am having good SNR ratio.
He then told me that my area (Bukit Mertajam) a lot of ppl couldn't get 4mb due to line problem, I am not quite believe this because my line quality is good according to my modem status...he then pass me a piece of form asking me to go TM and seek help.
I would like to know your comment on my situation, besides going to TM, is there any way to send my complaint and get my 4mb?

Im suppose to be on $MB line but my IP is still 115.. should I call them to get 218 IP range?

now 4mb only RM100.

So those who is using RM160 combo -- Too bad u are still in the contract
while who using RM140 4mb promotion -- Too bad u are in the contract period.

Apply now u get RM100 for 4mb and Free netbook.

phoneline cost is not included with the price yet.. so its RM12x plus .. must be a student, 2yrs contract, 600 admin charge if u broke the contract, limited numbers of college list.. advantage if student living with parents.. if living with friends the 4mb speed surely went dead la.. hahaha.. and also they keep on blaming if they lag while playing dota cuz you're downloading.. lol
