Anyone got premium customer service phone number? My 4mbit line still stuck with 115 ip.....I call 100 already but they know nothing........ I really need lower latency.........

Yeah, what I mean is the port capping, the speed which you can see from your modem ADSL status.

So envy of you la......I usually get around 3.2 - 3.7 Mbps..........     capped at 4096kbps

my DSL status:

Downstream Rate: 7163 kbps
Upstream Rate: 508 kbps

but speedtest gives me 4.0mbps guess they cap my speed based on user account. anyway i'm a happy customer

TM just called, they said they need to put me on 5Mbps port .. yes.. will see if this materialised this time ..

^ did u call them for the fix & how do u check if i'm connected to the 5120 port? i just subscribed for 4mb/s connection yesterday but i haven't get the connection yet. before this i was using 512mb/s. is it a wise move? i was thinking of upgrading to HSBB once it is officially launched.

I waited for 3 weeks before I got my cap increased to 4 Mbps. My case is exactly like yours. Contractor is hopeless. You should try calling TM several times a day and keep bugging them until they increase your cap. Insist on speaking to level 2 agents - say that you're a 4 Mbps subscriber.
