QUOTE(azzrul @ Dec 17 2009, 05:50 PM) Anyone got premium customer service phone number? My 4mbit line still stuck with 115 ip.....I call 100 already but they know nothing........ I really need lower latency......... Call 100 again, this time you request them to transfer your call to ATS department or second level of support. Tell them your issue then they might open a report for you.

QUOTE(deaconsx @ Dec 19 2009, 05:44 PM) Yeah, what I mean is the port capping, the speed which you can see from your modem ADSL status. Contractor or TM? How did you managed to convinced them to upgrade your port to 5mbps? I have existing report with them since 1 weeks ago. After you got the premium IP 218 tag on your account and you still experience slow speed, you can try to request for it.

QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Dec 24 2009, 10:12 AM) ^ did u call them for the fix & how do u check if i'm connected to the 5120 port? i just subscribed for 4mb/s connection yesterday but i haven't get the connection yet. before this i was using 512mb/s. is it a wise move? i was thinking of upgrading to HSBB once it is officially launched. You can check your modem for connection speed rate.

QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Dec 24 2009, 10:32 AM) Dozz: i see. but won't speed test site like speedtest.net determine the same speed as what displayed by the modem? Can you check your modem and see what speed they capped for you. Some people got capped at 4096Kbps, some 5120Kbps. Of cos speedtest could determine your line speed as well.

QUOTE(vyzc @ Dec 27 2009, 10:26 PM) I waited for 3 weeks before I got my cap increased to 4 Mbps. My case is exactly like yours. Contractor is hopeless. You should try calling TM several times a day and keep bugging them until they increase your cap. Insist on speaking to level 2 agents - say that you're a 4 Mbps subscriber. SAme here, it took 2 weeks to resolved my problem. Keep calling them everyday and make sure you speak to the same person.

If you guys are existing streamyx customer, go to TM point and ask for INCENTIVE upgrade for 4Mbps... which you only have to pay RM130 per month without contract, modem, and line rental.
hope thats help.
