ya, my lighiting set is DIY one, 4xT4 8w = 32watt

just buy a T8 casing from lighting shop, dig 4 holes for me to tie the lighting

SLS not big its on 2nd floor =.= first time i go i cant find it, until i meet michanzz and fongzai they just told me... plus dont go SLS their stuff expensive also... dont really like that uncle... wanna chap lap liao also not selling cheap... sienz... no more fish to see also... only got few package of soil ( dont have amazonia 1 ) and some nice DW... and other equipment selling expensively too

So, freestyler87, where can i get cheap CO2 tank?

Yup, its a Riccia moss wall..

adremier, now i only realized that is plastic tank ! should get a glass tank ! if space is not a problem, get a 2ft one. if got space problem like me get a 1ft cube, not xpensive and give better looking for u. still lot more things for u to go, get a HOB filter as well, that 1 u using will increase the temperature in your tank. just piece of my humble opinion.

Heat is not problem as i got DIY DC fan cooling up my tank..
Dont have termometer yet.. so dunno whats the temp..
but is very cool to touch.

hope that my moss wall will be covered with riccia soon... the lfs sell riccia at a very high price..that time i bought it 10 g for rm8

im using a DIY filter.. i not sure what type of filter that i using now..
I hang it on the back, so maybe its a HOB hehe.. i just take a fountain pump, connect it to a water filter that look like the pic below...



then from the output, it comes in again to the tank...

i did some mod the filter...
i remove some of the filter core and replace it with bio ring and activated carbon...

so please comment if i miss anything.

activated carbon not only suck up al the bad stuff, but also the good stuff!

they'll suck up all the nutrients in the water a.k.a the ferts u put in!

if u dose liquid fert, ur activated carbon will suck up all those ferts!!

so not advisable to use activated carbon in planted tanks.

usually its filter sponge, bio rings sould suffice
