from a small patch 3 inch x 3 inch (normally sold at RM5) can be harvested and sold for the same price with 2 months. Riccia's are weeds therefore it consumes and regulates your tank provided its layer is thin enough to get light. If you find you riccia thicker than 1inch its time to trim. However, NEVER do it in the tank. REMOVE and trim away from the tank, make sure the newly trimmed patch is properly tied to whatever you intend to tie it to, stone, wood, fish, rock; coz its gonna be a b**** to clean if riccia floats free!!

hi friends.. hope anybody can solve my misterios prob...
i already set aquarium with a guppies 3 weeks ago... last 3days i bought lots of plant aqua..and put in the aquarium.. sad to say..by today all my gupies 20-30..all dead..huh.. can anybody tell me what was happened... it's coz of heavily plant in aquarium ... or deasease from the plant.. some of my friend said...coz of too many plant..the fish can get oxygen... help ...i need to know..coz i want to set up my aquarium back.. |

its seasonal hahaha... im still thinking of best way to tie riccia as already float all.... my mistake was not trim it till it gets too thick... thinking of getting wire mesh and try make another carpet...

haha.. u 2 stay where ? i think will going to trim.. my little 1ft tank was no more place to plant others..
