Hi All,
Have any of you have any idea on Land Financing? I am planning to buy a piece of land for agriculture purpose. The land is about RM200k-RM300k. How high the margin that I can get for this land? What is the package I can get for this? |

You can go to the nearest bank and ask them for the financing package that they offer.
Bank normally loans 70-80% of the total land value that they valuer valued. Not the value that you buy from the seller. |
