 What is meant by 1:10 Share Dividend?, How to calculate?

I would like to know
1) What is meant by 1:10 share dividend?
2) What is meant by 1 Treasury share for 14 ordinary share hold?

Please help. It is quite confusing. rclxub.gif Thanks

1 : 10 share dividend means you could get 1 free share if you holding 10 shares.. for example : if you bought in 1000 shares of ABC company, then you will get 100 shares after the expired date.. Means you could have 1100 shares after the expiry date.. any company can give us either cash dividend or share dividend as our return..the price definately will be reduce to a revised price after the expiry date in order to suit the market demand..so at the end, you still will get nothing except you wait for the price up again.. Eg. 1000 shares are worth RM1.00 per share, but after expired 1100 shares are now worth RM0.909 per share..
