I think that's just a safe estimate. They want to underpromise and overdeliver as opposed to the other way around. During Picanto days people actually came with parang I heard from some old timer Kia salesman.

Ya lo. Tell that to NAZA .... this is probably gonna be my last sedan (after this children big already .. to go MPV).

Does changing the 17 inch rims to 16 inch ones void the warranty? If yes .. need to budget for quiet tyres like michelin primacy lc coz few saying there's the grong grong hollow tyre sound at the rear. I dunno coz never testdrive .. simply book only la. Did peter shreyer design the rims as well .. coz it's part of the forte TVC (the pop-out drawing TVC on youtube)

And is there a metal oil panel on sale to replace the plastic ones on forte? Even old vios' is metal like body panel. Or will replacing it also void warranty?

And also realize that black trim 'diffuser' under the rear bumper doesn't actually extend all the way inward. Kinda odd .. unlike suzuki SX4s ... perhaps dt some aerodynamic improvements.

I have involve is many projects.. a good project management will have everything lay down and also dates to commit. I am not hoping they have a good process in their project management but at least they should know what is in the next order / shipment and what the factory can delivered to the order.

e.g. for my company, our products are built to order, on the day customer placed order, they will get the expected delivery date range even it is 2 months later. The planner will updates the marketing / sales on if the production's output can fullfill the delivery date and if not, they will have to nego with the customer on the new delivery date even months before the actual delivery.

Any late delivery will be log and reported to monthly / quarterly meeting where the whole team will have to be responsible for such late shipping.

I just don't get it what is so difficult for Naza to address the buyers on the date of availabilities.. it is ether they do not have any confirm order / shipment from the supplier or no one cares if order has been placed to the supplier or no one know how the logistic works to ship the goods from the supplier to Malaysia and how many has been ordered.

in other words, the supplier will just send them any number / combination and Naza will just go and figure out when they receive the actual shipment and do allocations from there.

All i can see is bad supply chains and bad management.

Some said only fixing 4 x doors of the car and called it Local Assembled car.... e.g. Pug SA told me.. the Naza fit the Steering and Wheels for the 407 and having it CKD and price cheaper by RM40k++.

just fixing 4 door may be not so bad....

I only worry they may replace expensive components with sub-standard parts that made in "dun know where" ..

they have 5 questions for you to give your rating... mainly on SA's service, knowledge, loan matters, delivery matters... (i can't remember the details already).. but i spend a good 20 minutes to give my "valuable feedback". laugh.gif
when i asked her about the AP doc, she asked me to call Careline (03-26177666). careline told me can get the AP doc from our finance, not from naza - this info is for those who wanted to keep their AP doc.
*
received their call on survey oso, give them low rating on delivery and services nod.gif hope they will improve..

Bbear: Korea is famous for uncertain strikes + USA demand is really high so I suppose can't blame them for not giving exact ETA. There must be a reason lah. They are not THAT stupid.

See NAZA .. how pathetic I'm becoming. The actual car felt so distant and uncertain in my future that I'm distracting my forte-crazy mind with tyres and oil panels. Tomorrow I'll be shopping around for my car fragrance and car wax. Oh ya .. also will search e-bay for the cutest 'Baby on Board' car sticker.

NAZA .. the extroverts who wants their car quick will hassle your careline operator. Introverts like me will just keep quiet but go bananananana. shocking.gif drool.gif

Not for cars evidently. My friend's father works in a logistics company which handles Hyundai, Kia and some other shipping stuff. These issues are quite common there.

for my next car.. i will put the MedKlinn's ionizer.. figured out each fragrance cost RM10 ~ RM30 and only last for 2 to 3 weeks.. a MedKlinn cost RM400 and last for quite long time.. in long run.. it is cheaper. But the car's model has cease production pending for new model.. hopes the new one will be good. One bad things on that is.. who ever put expensive perfume on them and sat in your car will leave the car without any perfume smell left sweat.gif

hmmm i know it's a matter of personal preference, but will hav to agree with the MedKlinn ionizer suggestion (last time they promo offer free RM50 fuel voucher too)

wouldn't you like to preserve your new 'car smell' as long as possible? rclxms.gif .... that's the best car fragrance in the world!!!!!!
