During stock privitization period, do i have to fill in any form if i want to accept the offer? what else i should do to accept the offer? Thanks in advanced. icon_question.gif

They will sent you a acceptance form for you to sign which you need to attach the CDS transfer which had been done with your ADA (broker firm that hold your CDS) and send back to them.

need how many % the share owned only can said the privitization is succesful?If it is successful, is it you have to force to accept the offer they gave?

Yes, 90%, at that time, you have no choice. This is to protect minoirty shareholders, as under this situation, company no longer can be listed.
