03 - 11 - 2009

Details of the complaint :
1st Week: transaction completed, promised to post on Tuesday.
1st Weekend: Still no sign of the package, contacted her, with some excuses, promised to send on the coming Monday.

2nd Week: Requested for updates and track number a few times, no reply.
2nd Weekend: No sign of the package

3rd Week: Contacted her again, still no reply, so i am posting this down here.
3rd weekend: No sign of the package.

4rd Week: No news on the deal since then.

I know it's my fault for trusting someone whose name appeared a few times before in this dispute forum, but seeing she still got replies of interested buyers, i just wanted to warn those potential victims of con, have a nice day.

Sorry, have been away for a while and just noticed your post today.

I still have not receive anything from him even though he promised I would receive it last monday, I sms'ed him for tracking numbers, no reply again. the dispute will stay open.

Told me the package was returned because i gave a wrong address, eventhough i confirmed to have gave him a correct address, no news ever again. I am tired of this shit.

It's may already, and I still have not gotten my paid items despise all the promise he has given, beware of this conman everyone.

I didn't, too much hassles, plus it's been half year already because of the his false promises, i just wanna warn everyone about this.

by the way, anyone knows how to get a mod to put a dispute tag on him?

Just checked back lately and noticed the guy/girl has started being active again in the forums, I just wanna bump up this unsolved case, this guy owed me around RM200 for more than half year, and's been giving excuses/ignoring me all time.

Just a warning for all of her potential buyers, and hopefully, she would be kind enough to solve this case now.

P.S.: What exactly do i need to do to get a mod to put a dispute tag on her?

shes still coning people all over the place, i sent her a PM before posting those conman alerts on her threads, can mod please put a dispute tag on her before more victims fall to it?

I have sms'ed you numerous of times after reconfirming my address, and called you for the tracking numbers but all you did was hangup/ignoring me.

And don't you forget when you asked for my confirmed address, it was about 2 months later after the payment when i started this thread, and forced you to respond.

This thread was never solved, if you have replied me/sent the item/tracking number, you should have also replied to this thread and not gone disappearing.

What i can tell is you're now trying to gain trusts so you can con bigger. damn conman, i hope you burn in hell with my money.

This guy promised to refund me partially on 23 August then started ignoring me again, not replying my PMs, but busy replying his sales thread.
I think he is full of lies.

Added on October 12, 2010, 2:10 amI am tired of his bullshits already, keep giving me false promises, telling me he would refund me in the next weeks. When I stopped contacting him, he simply acts like nothing happened, when I remind him again, it's the same "next week" bullshit all over again.

Come on, this case has been going on for almost one year already, and it's sad to see this conman is still running freely in Garage Sales. I hope this case serves as a warning for all his potential buyers(victims), think twice before dealing with him.

I guess it's my fault for believing the conman's lame excuses and dragged this for so long, it's been one year, and I did not keep the transaction logs so i doubt the police would do anything.

The reason I bump this thread is to serve as a warning for people who plan to deal with him, since he's still active in garage sales, but not responding here, that is the least i can do to help.
