If you really want to help others. Just make a police report and confront her at her college. This will really teach her a good leasson. All the info is there. Just go and do it. Being an armchair warrior not gonna do much. God help those that help themselves.
As you said. "Just a warning for all of her potential buyers, and hopefully, she would be kind enough to solve this case now". You think conscience will start to kick in later in life since all those victims just sit in and wait for karma to strike. SHe will be bold enough to con other for bigger sum.
If it were me. I would really give her a lesson she wont forget.
