Hi all

I'm having some disputes with my current contractor, in terms of keep delaying renovation works, quality of works not up to par, keep ignoring the defects that I've pointed to him. Our case has brought up to Consumer Tribunal but we're advised to engage an expert to do the valuation on works done by the contractor. The valuation will serve as a basis for me to claim back $ from the contractor ($ paid). Need you guys help to recommend QS to me, really fed up with this guy and don't want waste time anymore.

Paid substantial sum of $ and yes, it's really not easy to deal with this kind of situation. The question now is: (i) what is the value of the work done up to this stage (ii) the quality of the work done. We need an expert, to visit the house and do the assessment, put in summary and we will go back to show to the Tribunal. Based on this, we will see how much $ that we can claim back.
