Occupation Permit, Land title?

Hi guys. My gal and i bought a house and its been way over a year now closing to 2 years. The house was completed about 3 years plus ago. Why till today there is no occupation permit / land title?
Ok, since its under loan... that means by right the land title is held by the bank right? Now, how about the OP cert? Why there this long overdue delay???? I approached the developer and they kept buying time... I seriously do not know what to do. |
