hahaha.. ty. we still are casual when it comes to raiding commitments required from members.. even though we raid daily now from 10.00-12.30 (most full raiding guild put more hours into raiding), the new flexible raid lock helps setting up the raid easier. Some just join for 2 nights.. some 4 nights..etc etc depending on individual availability. There are only 3 fixed grp of 10s raiding on their own timing, the remaining usually we either form a 25 or a couple of 10s.

650+ toons across 250+ accounts, but the cash gain from the perks are not really that much. Our spending is huge as we provide free flask through the cauldron and all. We are after the guild repair ach too... a couple of k shy of the 100k mark still.

We formed a solid 10-man grp and started raiding near X'mas last year. Raided for 2 weeks and then split up the grp at 4/12 to help out the rest.

Two weeks after that we got the grp back together for another 2-week push. We cleared normal content for Dark Phoenix access to everyone somewhere near Valentine (Realm #15 for 10+25 Raid Size and #8 for 10-man). The same 10-man grp (inc 2 ladies!!) never raided together again ever since. We are truly lucky to have some very loyal exceptional players who stayed on with the guild despite the lack of Heroic Glory.

<Lanun> is not really a guild that focus on Heroic Glory. We are more into sharing the current content with as many ppl as possible. Some of those probably stand very little chance of experiencing it anywhere else. We were doing BoT-25 Council with players who don't know what is threat meter, players who never use a macro, players who dc at the start of every pull, and the countless power aura tutorial before boss pull... but that's what the guild is all about and probably what bring us together.
