Thanks for all the comments. Wanted to add one thing: My pictures don't do the laptop justice. The body is made almost totally from machined aluminium, very nice. Not quite like the Mac unibody though. The Mac has a "smooth" finish, dm3 has a more "raw" finish - you can see the texture of the aluminium in the second last photo.

Apologies for the poor photo quality, was in the office and all I had was my phone camera.

Nice design , nice spec and nice price ( price included external optical drive ) But , for a 13" CULV laptop without internal DVD drive , the weight of nearly 2kg is disappointed .

By the way , mind to show the photo of the external optical drive ?

can' really rely on the benchmark on notebookcheck, since the mark is average between multiple notebook, which can be using different vram of the gpu and different cpu which also affect much on the score.

From what I've read:

- the Intel/Nvidia version is better for long battery life (up to 10 hours vs up to 6 hours).
- the AMD/ATI version is a little better for performance (some reviewers complained about the ULV C2D performance... but I haven't got any 1st hand experience.

Truth is, I would have bought the Intel version - that battery life is mouth watering! BUT it was not available at that time... oh well.

How much did it cost u? Wanna trade one unit of your C2D with mine? biggrin.gif
