I called up P1 few minutes ago.. They told me that the reason of the torrents slow connectivity is not their concern.. they said they didnt even blocked it.. Well, who knows.. damn!! Now my download speed is like 0.01kpbs to almost nothing.. haihzzz

Hi,
This is for all P1 User Reminder.. I have been registered with P1 since 2009.. i subscribe the home 2.4mb package with 3 years contract that i paid RM199 every month with 20GB quota.. Every month when it almost reach mid of the month, the quota finish and they reduced my speed to 24kb to 80kb max for the rest of the month.. Half year later, i decided to upgrade to Office 1.2mb package (Unlimited usage) but the speed only 1.2mb... i paid for the penalty as it is so called procedure as they said. Since i have no options left, i paid RM300 penalty and subscribe a new 2 years contract with P1 for Office 1.2mb package that i paid RM159 every month.. Within the period of time that i have been using P1, i called up almost every month and sometime twice a month to complain about the inconsistent stability issue, Totally No Line, Dropped Connection and so called upgraded service by P1.. But still no improvement.. Until last month, I've decided to go direct to the main centre to terminate because one of the P1 technician told me over the phone if there is so many complain about my area and my connection is really that bad, they won’t charge the penalty. But when i reach P1, it’s all whole different stories as i complained for almost half an hour trying to explains. When they check with the records, there are almost 15 complained recorded in the record by me.. But i made more than that.. Later on, the representative asked me to wait another 25minutes for her supervisor to discuss with me about my situation.. Then, he showed up 25 minutes later.. I talked and discussed for almost another 1 more hour.. Well, last thing he said, i have 2 options.. Its either i terminate.. (Again) or they send a technician to come to my place and check it out. But he said if during the check-up if the stability is alright, then i still gotta continue and cannot terminate without paying penalty. So without any hesitation and thinking, i said TOTALLY TERMINATE.. I Will Never EVER EVER support P1.. It’s all full of crap!! |
