no connection here for a week, below is my status...
System Status Frequency: 2375000 Bandwidth: 10000 BSID: 00:00:12:a0:01:62 Dev State: Connecting Mac State: Network entry Uptime: 0
why does it says connecting? my signal is at STRONG!

Hopefully the engineers will come today. Else, i will terminate my service, dont wanna pay the bills. every month, down for 1 week. Have to call and everything (waste my money & time). Then have to get backup internet (MORE MONEY)... and since we work from home, there were incurred losses. Really beh tahan.

I complain until i have one guy that will personally attend to me, instead of calling careline everytime. I just call the guy. He said he will send over engineers today, 2pm. Still waiting for my bf to update me on the status. Hmph.
Added on December 30, 2009, 5:12 pmOkay, so the engineers came and replaced the modem. Now it works. Wow, almost 1 week for them to come and check? But my P1 rep helped a lot, which is good.

anybody having prob with P1? My nearest tower is 00:00:12:a0:01:72 and i cant connect to the net at all. But if i move my modem around trying to connect to another base 00:00:12:a0:01:62, i get internet. but it will always disconnect as it'll connect to the stronger signal... My modem is blinking with green light....
RSSI: -53.02dBm CINR: 15.73/15.34(R3/R1)dB TX power: 0dBm
Just happened today. Sigh.
Any ideas? I move around the modem, and it wouldnt connect to another tower even though it's amber. Just blinks!

My connection died since 10pm ... Using digi now! KLCC area.
Added on September 10, 2010, 1:51 amOK, it's back but VERY SLOW. Can barely surf, still on Digi.

For some weird reason, i reach my 20GB limit so fast with just surfing and FB. Sigh. My Digi is faster after reaching the 3GB limit... duh.

I realised if i connect to p1 thru wifi, the connection is HORRIBLE. It works smoothly if i hook it up with LAN, any ideas?

Yeah, I just emailed the guy at P1, I have their direct contact (forgot)... He said can be done by calling. Let me quote him  "Or you can contact our call centre at 1300 800 888 to do it via phone / faxing email will be involve"
