called p1 cs and refer to technical , oways gif me BS . everytime they use the same stupid procedures even i can b p1 cs.
First , will ask my location , then confirm im in their coverage area. ( if my place is not in p1 coverage , u think i would subscribe? )
second , will ask to disconnect and re-connect.
third , will say unplug modem and re-plug.
fourth , restart comp.
fifth , reinstall.
sixth , update ( if i cant connect how the hell i could update? isnt it stupid to say pls update? )
finally if everything is done but stil fail to connect / speed slow , "oh im sorry , there is a maintenance going on in ur area." this is the part whr i really wanna fark p1. if its in maintenance y ur stupid cs waste 30mins of my time bringing me thru step 1 to 6?
im waiting my contract to end and bye bye p1. Frankly some frens is asking my opinion about p1 n everytime i say "NO".
