Yup. complaint to SKMM already, but dont think there is any improvement soon.
im with you, fall for their trick upgraded to pro to enjoy the 4.8 mb speed. at least enjoy for 1 month, then suddenly get speed ~60kbps after throttled. feel very cheated. the least  i can do is not paying the next bill. lol. still bound under contract for another 3 months.

they dont put the after throttled speed in their ads, very misleading.
not sure what i did, topup to finish my torrent, a 200mb file only. limit the upload to 10kbps only,my download limit after topup not even reach 1mbps.
1 thing for sure, cant rely on the topup..lol

if u make a call to complain now they will tells you because many people bill circle on 28th so everyone is using so ur internet will be slow

1. download netlimiter to limit the upload speed to 10kb . (you really dont need high upload speed for any activities unless you are uploading something )

2.limit download speed on netlimiter to lower speed for normal web surfing .

3. watch blur youtube video in 240p it can load twice faster on a video because most video get twice times smaller than 360p

4.make sure your computer are clean and dont have any spyware/malware/virus

5. install flashblock and adblock for ur browswer to block useless ads and flash

unbelievable and no this is not a compliment. its getting ridiculous. the throttle speed now has changed to 128 kbps, used to be 400 kbps.. seriously?? why? so people will pay more money for volume quota. we're not that stupid. better change or you'll loose your loyal customers. seriously not cool.
