i hope that i can use other service beside p1.... but i am force to..... the flat that i am staying now does not have any telephone line so force to use p1. at the 1st and 2nd day woooho actually damn satisfied 2.2mb on 1st day and 4.1mb on the 2nd day the 3rd day drop to 1.5mb and 4th to the 6th day(today) only getting 300kbps - 800kbps. When back to P1 HQ and the customer service ppl told me my area is the 2nd highest congested area lol he did even ask me to cancel the service since i am still in the cooling period. for the person who serve me. Come on if i have other choice i would not have been using P1 but i am now force to pay RM139 for a fake 4.8mbps that is actually running only 300 - 800kbps and that is what i can do to keep me online. Another reason why i dont use Digi,Maxis & Celcom is because i have multiple pc at home and only P1 has the Wifi Modem with the highest Quota if i am not mistaken Well P1 if u do have a heart please do something but not just blood sucking my hard earn money....

wondering if i upgrade to business pro will it still have this problem.... anyone know does business pro connect the same server as home pro??

well my signal strength is good green bar a bit more can reach full signal. I think its the communication tower that cant support too many user in a time. btw i am on 16th floor. The Customer Support team not sure is it true but he told me the higher u are the weaker the signal...........

for my area it actually depends on time. When there are less user like early in the morning i actually manage to get i think as they promise 4.8mbps because i am downloading from megaupload for 600+kbps. But when it comes to Peak time (7pm to 1am) where lots of user are connecting to the same communication tower. I get 1kping before less then 512kbps. Please P1 upgrade your communication tower dont just blood suck consumer hard earn money for your own benefit.


here is the screenshot i taken this morning. I did not edit the speed its true 600kbps!!! 30min for 1gb file but what is the use??? i manage to get this speed because everyone is off to school and work so the communication tower is empty. Even me myself need to work at that time so actually no 1 really get to enjoy this sweet speed.

already pmed you my account no. Please see what can you do about it . Really pissing me off. People after work stress go back need some gaming such as dota to release abit but the connection does not allowed to until 1am??

make sure u calculate how many citizen will be using the P1 at Bagan Serai if there is alot make sure they have more communication tower or you gonna cry.

well i dont upload much stuff so far its ok for me. even for other service i dont think there is any different with the upload speed?? even my streamyx lasttime is around the same upload speed that i am getting now.

mine also low cost flats your still ok phone line =.= f*** up my place totally no phone line.....
