Have a problem here. I bought wiggy um230 but cant use it on my macbook. Cant even use it on bootcamp. However, can use it on other windows laptop. Help me please

Already did and installed. The connection manager start up fine but it could not detect the modem. Already reinstall the driver but still same problem.
