I've also been getting a bad connection with my w1max 1.2Mbps package this few days...i couldnt even access ur website to check for my account information...hope dat u can give me some explaination...My acc no is 101768570...thanx

Dear Lowyat_P1W1MAX, I'm having a good green light signal from the modem. However I could not do any internet surfing for almost a month. At first I thought it was because I've exceeded the quota of the month. So I've waited until P1 reset my quota of the month which is normally on the 14th of each month. However, since last 2 days I still could not make any internet surfing. Even opening a simple site such as www.google.com is not possible. Kindly attend to the problem I'm having with and please rectify it as soon as possible. My account no for your reference : 101768570. Thank you.

P/S: I'm using my father's Celcom broadband to reply in this thread.
