i just subscribed the package where i use a home modem and another one is the wiggy. I'm informed by the advertisement & a call from the P1 team that they would only charge me for rm20 for getting the wiggy.
The prob occur when i received the bill. I expected rm120 (rm100 for my current subscription + rm20 for the wiggy) but instead the bill amount is rm180. I'm pretty pissed off when I got cheated AGAIN by the P1. The first time is when I want to subscribe to P1 and I clearly told the P1 agent as he's the one doing all the paperwork that I wanted the RM49 package. Instead they gave me the RM100 package and give me quite a shock getting my 1st bill. Called the customer service and they said to me its too late to change so I suck it up.
I trusted P1 about the home modem + wiggy package and now I got another heart attack. Sigh.

yet another problem with p1..
I tried to pay my bill just now using Maybank debit card (visa) but it says that "session ended.payment failed." after I keyed in the visa verification key. The thing is the money in the bank is deducted from my bank account. I checked the payment history and no payment is made on the bill I'm trying to pay. I've used this type of payment for every bill before this one. The bill number is B1-7232835. Account number 103971867
Please reply ASAP

hello p1 i have paid my bills, and at the payment history there is already a payment confirmed but the remaining fair usage is still 0MB. its been three days already so pls check on this

Regards, Lowyat_P1W1MAX Billing date :5/2/2011 Payment date using debit card: 4/2/2011 Payment accepted from P1 (took 3 days LMFAO): 7/2/2011 So as u can see, today is 13/2/2011, the billing date is absolutely 500% confirmed is past already and still my fair usage data is not reset to 15gb. So what is wrong? Its already a week gone by, slow internet becuase my fair usage is 0MB and is capped and I pay your services for what??

Finally after a week, my fair usage data is reset to 20GB, but my bill still starts a week before. Use 3 weeks then pay for 1 month bill. zzz
